A Kindful Introduction to Mindfulness

A Kindful Introduction is a 6-week mindfulness course designed to help beginners cultivate tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, while improving overall well-being.

We're living in wild, sad, often scary times, and having mindfulness in your coping arsenal can prove invaluable. No matter your previous experience (even none!), you can leave this course empowered to begin a consistent personal practice, and experience its benefits.

Facilitated in person (in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Area), each 75 minute class includes exercises to ground and connect the group, an introduction to core elements of the practice, a guided meditation, and an opportunity for questions and discussion.

Participants are encouraged to pay what they can between $0 and the full course fee of $600.
